I love this lady. Her style is so original and she is unique. Recently, she dyed her hair gray and I know your thinking 'wtf' but no give a chance. Even though this has been done before i.e. lady gaga, I think her pulling off this bold fashion statement is one for the fashion books. Check it out.

Spring Trends 2012

spring is around the corner and you know what that means, more fashion... and of course trends. lets go through some trends in no particular order but shown below.

-midriff shirt; its all about showing of the midriff area this spring,not the whole entire stomache but slight skin think Cher from clueless circa the 1990s for more of a reference.
-another big trend this season is the 20s insired pieces from long pencil skirts,solid pantyhose, and fringe dresses. The movie The Big Gatsby influeced alot of the runway looks this season from chanel to gucci.
-another trend to look out for is a more 'clean cut' look for women; think about channeling your inner 'stepford wife'. looks like audrey hepburn in breakfast at tiffanys, style icon grace kelly, and the famous first lady of style, Jackie-O.
floral is making a comback, im talking 'WALL PAPER' decked down in floral. its alot of key pieces this season that is nothing but floral prints, a flower explosion.
-some more trends i would like to point out is the return of the block heel, tailored suits, nude lipstick, heavey mascara and liner, loafers, garter belts, thigh high socks, collared shirts, blazers, and silk scarfs.

The 70s are back!! And I've already picked my style inspirations for the season... Chaka Khan and Diana Ross, two of the most famous Divas EVER. this spring I'm looking forward to extra long hair, 16inches or more!! and big hair!! ...as far as clothes very 70s inspired; bellbottoms, stripes and poka-dots,jeans, and silk blouses. acessories; leather and feather material; also over embellished and over size gold pieces. and shoessss; higher the heel, closer to God, literally. im talking platforms!! 6inches or better baby:)
